Smoked or Oven Roasted BBQ RUB and Rib Recipe

Delicious BBQ recipe for game night or special occassions.

Ingredients

Slab of pork ribs or beef ribs

Steps

Take a one slab of Pork Ribs or Beef Ribs and three tablespoons of Casai’s Gourmet BBQ Rub generously layer the Rub on the meat part of the Rib Side and left over on the other side (bone side)

Marinade for 24 hours in Refrigerator.

Roasting in Conventional oven:
Turn the broiler on high. Wait for about three minute and put the meat side of the Rib in the top shelf of the oven for about three minutes to seal the juices. Turn the oven to Bake at 300` F and bake it for about 60 minutes than take it out and wrap it in Aluminum Foil if you like you can brush very small amount of your Favorite BBQ Sauce (Not Needed) and bake it at 280` F for two hours until the bone falls of the Rib. Enjoy the Rib with Friends and Family. Served with Sliced Onions, Potato Salad, and Baked Beans

For Smoked BBQ Rib.:
You can use ordinary Webber BBQ Pit. Put the charcoal as you always do to make a burger but this time put all the charcoal on one side of the BBQ Pit and put small amount of wet wood Chips on the charcoal and put the Rib on the other side of the charcoal and keep the lid vent holes on the same side of the Rib so the smoke will bring the flavor to the meat, cook for about an hour. Take it out and wrap it in Aluminum Foil if you like you can brush very small amount of your Favorite BBQ Sauce (Not Needed) and bake it for two hours until the bone falls of the Rib. Enjoy the Rib with Friends and Family. Turn the Conventional Oven at 280` F cook for about three hours. You will have most delicious Ribs. Served with Sliced Onions, Potato Salad, and Baked Beans
