Mr. Cardy’s Seasoned Fries

Delicious seasoned fried to enjoy as a treat or any main dish.

Ingredients

Idaho Russet Potatoes (Could be any large potatoes)

Steps

Cut Potatoes in Steak wedges or French-Fried Potato Shape for Crispy fries.

First wash them in cold water drain it inn colander and let it dry few minutes this will help splattering of the Frying Oil.

Pre Heat the Oil at 350`F take small amount of Cut potatoes and deep fry

About 7-9 minutes for Steak Wedges and 5 minutes for French Fries depending on crispiness you like

Drain out the oil from the fries and immediately Sprinkle Mr. Cardy’s Vegetable or French Fries Seasoning Blend.
