Baked or Broiled Fish with Cardy’s Fish and Poultry Seasoning

Simple and healthy recipe using Cardy's Fish and Poultry Seasoning. This recipe is ideal for those that are conscious about their health.

Ingredients

Fish Fillet 5-6 Oz

Fresh Lemon Cut in half

1 Bay Leaf (optional)

Steps

Sprinkle with Cardy’s Fish and Poultry Seasoning and refrigerate for an hour or longer

Pre Heat Oven to 400` F

Take a pie pan put some water to cover more than the bottom of the fish. Squeeze ½ lemon on the fish and maybe half an ounce of White Wine or Chardonnay for flavor.

Cover the baking pan with foil, Bake the Fish for about 10 minutes. To Broil the fish put the fish on the Top Shelf and do not cover.

Serve it with Roasted Potatoes or Vegetables using Mr. Cardy’s Gourmet Vegetable Spices. It is awesome.
