Cardy’s Famous Tempura Style Fried Shrimp. These well-seasoned Tempura Style Fried Shrimp are very tasty on their own. If additional sauce is desire, use Tartar Sauce or Cocktail Sauce serve with Sauteed Zucchini and Mushroom Vegetables.

Ingredients

16 Shrimp (25-30 Counts per pound) sprinkle the Cardy’s Lemon Pepper and keep it in the refrigerate for about an hour or longer. (Peel and Deveined the Shrimp to the tails Split open from the back halfway)

1Pt of Butter Milk 1% fat

1Pt of Canola oil for cooking (you can use any kind of Vegetable oil)

Heat Canola oil in heavy frying pan to 325` to 340` F.

Heat Canola oil in heavy frying pan to 325` to 340` F.

Take the Shrimp roll them in the Cardy’s Gourmet seasoned flour then dip in the butter milk

Then dredge them again into Cardy’s Gourmet seasoned flour and dip fry them till Lightly golden brown

At approximately 4 minutes, Remove Fried Shrimp carefully from the hot oil and drain on several layers of absorbent paper towels
