Cardy’s Fresh Fried Vegetable Tempura Style (Appetizer)

Serves four-six people. These well seasoned fried vegetables are very tasty on their own you will taste the flavor of each vegetable. If additional sauce is desire, offer honey mustard or Ranch Dressing.

Ingredients

2

1 lb of mixed vegetables. Sliced Zucchini(round ¼ inch thick), Carrots(Sliced), Mushroom washed and cut in to quarter, Cauliflower(small florets) Broccoli Florets

1 Pt. of Cold Water (Soak the cut vegetables)

4

1Pt of Butter Milk 1% fat

5

1pt of Canola oil for cooking(you can use any kind of Vegetable oil)

Steps

Heat Canola oil in heavy frying pan to 325` to 340` F.

Take the Vegetables from cold water roll them in the ¼ portion of the Cardy’s Gourmet seasoned flour then dip in the butter milk

Then dredge the vegetables again into Gourmet seasoned flour and dip fry them till golden brown

Approximately 4-5 minutes, Remove Vegetables carefully from the hot oil and drain on several layers of absorbent paper towels
